Equipment Description
Overview: The material to be processed is distributed on a conveyor belt. The conveyor belt passes through a channel containing one or more heating units. Each heating unit is equipped with an air heater and a circulation system. Each channel is equipped with one or more dehumidification systems. As the conveyor belt passes through, hot air flows from top to bottom or bottom to top through the material, ensuring uniform drying.
Applications: Single-layer or multi-layer chain plate dryers are common continuous drying equipment widely used in the food industry. They are particularly suitable for drying materials with good air permeability and in block, strip, or granular form.
