Hot Air Popper is a kind of automatic continuous popcorn machine with high quality and advance foreign technology. With the high temperature, the corns are popped into ball popcorn, butterfly popcorn etc. Then coated by butter, syrup, sugar, chocolate paste etc, the popcorn will become feast both to eyes and to the tongue.
Process Flow
Pneumatic conveying → feeding → high-temperature puffing → high-speed lifting → low-speed lifting → double-cylinder slurry tank → sugar spraying → cooling
