This month, a European client visited our factory and conducted an on-site trial test of the BMP500 pop rice cake machine. In this trial, micropellet raw materials were used. We carried out trial production with single raw material and mixed raw materials of different proportions respectively, to fully verify the production adaptability of the equipment for diverse formulas and meet the client’s personalized production requirements.
During the trial, our technical engineers communicated in-depth with the client about product standards and production demands. We adjusted equipment parameters and optimized production processes in real time, polished the trial production procedure repeatedly, and solved core technical problems including raw material adaptation, product forming and taste regulation. After multiple rounds of refined debugging and sample iteration, the finished pop rice cakes fully met the client’s expectations, marking a complete success of the trial test.
The trial achieved outstanding results. Benefiting from the stable operating performance of the BMP500 pop rice cake machine, the equipment can produce ultra-thin pop rice cakes with a minimum thickness of 1.4-1.5mm according to different micropellet raw materials. The finished products feature natural concave-convex surfaces, which are perfectly suitable for subsequent seasoning and deep processing procedures. With a light, uniform and crispy taste, the products show excellent overall quality stability and plasticity.
The successful completion of the on-site trial for the European client has fully verified the excellent raw material adaptability, stable operation performance and high-quality output effect of our BMP500 pop rice cake machine, further consolidating the foundation of bilateral cooperation.
