This continuous fryer is safe and hygienic. The heating tube is installed within the thermal oil layer, avoiding contact with food and requiring no cleaning. The cooking oil absorbs the heat from the hot oil to increase its temperature, preventing the direct effect of the heater on the oil, which could lead to rapid aging. This can extend the oil’s lifespan by over 1.5 times. The fully sealed heating tube offers enhanced safety, eliminating the fire hazard associated with exposed heating tubes. The fryer is equipped with an oil scraping system that continuously removes oil residue from the bottom of the fryer during frying. The main conveyor belt is equipped with an anti-floating mesh to prevent product from floating inside the fryer, ensuring optimal frying. The fryer’s top cover features a condensate collection function to prevent condensate from flowing back into the oil tank, causing hot oil splashing and burns. The fryer’s heating temperature can be adjusted to meet product process requirements.

4. Equipped with an automatic feed hopper and discharge port. The feed hopper prevents hot oil splashing and burns when ingredients are poured into the fryer, reducing the risk of injury. The discharge port ensures consistent frying time and is easy to operate.

5. The machine automatically stirs the fryer during frying to ensure even frying and prevent product adhesion due to pressure. Products prone to floating are stirred by tapping, while those prone to sinking are stirred by scraping. A variety of stirring methods are available, making it suitable for frying a variety of foods.
