Plant Protein Based Wet (Hmma) Tvp Production System

High-wet protein and tissue-drawing protein in the host should be significantly different: high-wet protein from the host extrusion, the need for a long cooling section to cool the product. a filamentous structure is formed in the cold section.

The product made has high water content and does not need drying treatment. Brass tissue proteins require drying.
