Adopting an intelligent digital display temperature controller, the temperature setting is easy to adjust, and the temperature is automatically controlled after setting the frying temperature, accurately controlling the temperature and avoiding the phenomenon of manual operation errors causing the product to be burnt, ensuring that the food color, aroma, and taste are complete.
4. Configure automatic feeding hopper and discharge port. The former can avoid burns caused by hot oil splashing when pouring raw materials into the pot, reducing the probability of employee injuries. The latter can ensure consistency in frying time, making it simple and convenient.
5. The equipment automatically stirs during the frying process to ensure even frying and prevent products from sticking to each other due to compression. Products that are prone to floating are stirred using a tapping method, while products that are prone to sinking are stirred using a scraping method. Multiple mixing methods are suitable for frying various types of food.
