Operating method of twin screw main engine and corresponding adjustment

1. Place the production line in a ventilated and dry place according to the floor plan.

2. The host is well grounded, and other equipment is placed in a stable manner to prevent uneven forces on various parts of the machine body, which may affect the normal operation of the equipment.

3. The power supply of each part of the production line should be equipped with a knife switch (or air switch), which can be isolated and protected from the mains for maintenance. ·Host: BVR10mm2×3+BVR4mm2×1·Each electrical equipment should have reliable grounding or zero connection protection, and the grounding resistance should not be greater than 4Ω.

4. No-load debugging of the powder mixer: Check that the motion system is barrier-free, start the air test, and turn to the arrow direction.

5. Host no-load debugging

♦Check whether the electrical components of the host are damaged or loose;
♦Check whether there is any foreign matter in the main machine barrel, screw and screw barrel, and clean it;
♦Check the coordination of the reduction box, screw and barrel, and manually reel the belt (remove the die). The running resistance should be small and uniform. Make a few turns to see if any waste is discharged.
♦Check whether the feeding screw is smoothly pushed into the barrel;
♦Install the rotary cutter to the working position, adjust the gap between the blade and the mold, and turn the blade by hand to keep the blade in good contact with the mold at any position, otherwise it should be adjusted.
♦Check the lubrication system, the connection should be normal, and the oil tank should be sufficient.

6. After completing the above inspections, turn on the power

♦Check the lubrication system. Start the “oil pump” start button (green), the oil pump will turn down if there is oil in the oil pump spill pipe, otherwise it will reverse. Open the upper cover of the distribution box and the side guard plate of the main engine to adjust the pressure of the pressure regulating valve and the throttle valve. Check whether the sliding bearings are oily, whether the thrust bearing lubrication points are normal, and whether the oil return is timely; run for 20 minutes, if the oil level is not Stop rising, then adjust the throttle valve.
♦Check whether the main motor and the lubricating motor are interlocked normally.
♦Jog the main motor to check whether the spindle is rotating forward.
♦Jog the main motor and listen for abnormal noise in the distribution box and screw barrel.
♦Turn the heating knob on the “ON” position and check the heating system. The normal heating current is 18-19A.
♦Start the feeding motor, turn the speed control wheel, and check the operation and direction of the feeding screw.
♦Start the rotary cutting motor and turn the speed control knob to check whether the tool is working properly.
♦Start the main motor, from low speed to high speed, and check whether the motor speed control system is working properly.

7. Other auxiliary equipment of the production line should also have a no-load test machine process to check the rotation of the motor and whether there is mechanical jamming.

8. Load and debug
(1) After the no-load debugging is normal, install the die head and the die head on the host. ※The four nuts connecting the die must be fastened, so as not to affect the discharge

(2) Preheating of the main engine: In order to stabilize the temperature in the barrel, a segmented heating method is adopted: · Setting: 30°C in zone I, 100°C in zone II, 120°C in zone III, holding for 10 minutes · Setting: 50 in zone I ℃, 140℃ in zone II, 160℃ in zone III, holding for 10 minutes·Settings: 50℃ in zone I, 160°C in zone II, 180°C in zone III, holding for 5 minutes

(3) While the host is preheating, the powder mixing machine can be operated to mix powder. Mix the powder 40㎏ each time, and the powder should be mixed evenly, otherwise the puffing quality will be affected.

(4) After the main engine temperature rises to the set value, start the oil pump, and the main motor can be started after 2 minutes of oil supply. Turn it to 600 rpm (30Hz), add no less than 2000ml of water to the feed port to facilitate discharging. At the same time, start the feeding motor and adjust the handwheel from slow to fast. If the discharging is normal, the main motor speed will gradually increase to 700 rpm (35Hz). The required feeding amount is based on the principle that it can meet the needs of the host, and no material accumulation or empty material is allowed. After feeding, always pay attention to the indication of the main motor ammeter.

(5) After the material is extruded normally from the die (no foreign matter, good expansion), start the rotary cutting motor, and then close the rotary cutting machine cover. Adjust the motor speed until the desired length and shape are cut.

(6) Before shutting down, add 1-1.5㎏ of raw materials with a water content of about 20% to facilitate cleaning and protection of the host.

(7) When shutting down, stop feeding first. After about 3 minutes, the die will stop discharging. Stop the host. After removing the die, turn on the main motor, and add the puffed waste from the feed port until there is no stickiness at the exit. When the material is shaped, the machine can be shut down, the die head can be cleaned, and the edible oil can be applied, and then loaded into the main machine for the next start. Regarding the maintenance of the extruder in the later stage: Generally speaking, the extruder is maintained for 2-3 times per year, and usually pay attention to the changes of the oil gauge, and the pressure should not be too low or intermittently unstable.
